This inconsistency causes disordered navigation and inefficient manual reordering with the Re-Order plugin. Completed tasks float to the top, grids display inconsistently, and “current/completed” status requires manual tagging. This task proposes evaluating a cleaner structure—potentially consolidating content into a single CPT with taxonomy-based organization and automated ordering—to streamline workflow, ensure consistent display logic, and reduce ongoing maintenance friction.
