Although the migration is functionally complete, several templates still contain compatibility layers supporting both normalized cards and legacy queries.
Eventually these compatibility shims should disappear once every caller has migrated.
This includes:
- removing legacy query conversions
- simplifying templates
- reducing duplicate rendering logic
- documenting the final presentation contract
