Taxonomy Context is now the largest missing collector. Its responsibility is to aggregate narrative taxonomy from Chapters, Fragments, and attached Elements while preventing duplication. Once complete, Topics and Themes should behave exactly like other inherited references, allowing renderers to consume a unified context instead of calling WordPress taxonomy functions directly. This collector will become the foundation for future taxonomy archives, portal rendering, search integration, and semantic navigation.
